At Spice Temptation, we are committed to providing you with a convenient and enjoyable ordering experience. Please review our ordering, delivery, pickup, and shipping policies below.
Business Hours
Our operating days are Wednesday through Sunday, 11:AM–7:00 PM Central Time.
We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Online Ordering: Customers may place orders online at any time, including outside our business hours and on days we are closed. However, all orders will be processed and fulfilled according to our operating schedule and applicable order requirements.
Same-Day Delivery
* Local delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our Aubrey, Texas location.
* A flat delivery fee of $10 applies to eligible local deliveries.
* Our regular delivery window is 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.
Pickup Options
Customers may pick up their orders at our Aubrey, Texas location.
* Pickup availability: Orders are generally available for pickup two hours after they are placed, subject to confirmation and preparation time.
* Free pickup: Customers may collect their orders at our location at no additional charge.
* Uber pickup: Customers may arrange for an Uber driver to collect their orders on their behalf. The customer is responsible for all applicable Uber fees.
Bulk Orders
We welcome bulk orders for individuals, families, events, and businesses.
* Processing time: Bulk orders require a minimum of 24 hours for processing and preparation.
* Local bulk delivery: We offer delivery for eligible bulk orders within a 25-mile radius of our Aubrey, Texas location. Applicable delivery fees and arrangements will be confirmed when the order is placed.
* Free pickup: Customers outside our local delivery radius may collect their bulk orders free of charge at our Aubrey, Texas location.
* Uber pickup: Customers may arrange and pay for an Uber driver to pick up their bulk orders.
* Order placement: Bulk orders may be placed online at any time. However, processing and fulfillment will follow our operating schedule and the required preparation time.
We recommend placing bulk orders in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and coordination.
Nationwide Shipping
Spice Temptation offers shipping within the United States through FedEx.
* Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size, weight, destination, and applicable shipping requirements.
* Shipping fees are customized for each order and will be communicated before the order is finalized.
* Shipping and dispatch timelines depend on order preparation and the selected FedEx service.
Important Ordering Information
All orders are subject to preparation time, availability, and our operating schedule. Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, or outside business hours will be processed in accordance with our next available operating schedule.
