PLACING YOUR ORDER

Bulk orders should be placed at least 24–72 hours in advance. Larger orders may require additional notice.

Orders are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment has been received.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required to confirm all bulk orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not be prepared until payment has been successfully processed.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to your order must be requested as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before preparation begins, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once food preparation has started.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees.

Once food preparation has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed pickup time.

For delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Spice Temptation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

FOOD QUALITY

All meals are freshly prepared on the day of your order whenever possible.

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

FOOD SAFETY

For the best quality and safety, consume your food promptly or refrigerate it within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Reheat food thoroughly before serving.

ALLERGIES

Our kitchen prepares meals containing common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, your quoted price will be honored.
